Some didn’t.
Robert called it “temporary liquidity management.”
Samuel called it breach of duty.
Daniel called it stealing from his daughter.
Robert hated that wording.
“She didn’t earn those shares.”
Daniel stared.
“She inherited them.”
“She’s a child.”
“So?”
“She doesn’t understand ownership.”
Daniel finally saw the belief underneath everything.
Robert believed children couldn’t really own anything.
Therefore adults like him were entitled to decide what the property should become.
